F40 trimaran Agir, what has happened to her?
Well the news is good for the former Biscuits Cantreau 4 trimaran it's being rebuilt by it's new owner at Lloyd Stevenson boatworks in New Zealand. It will be great to see this beast out on the water again.

Formula 40 BC4/Agir suffers damage while racing
The F40 trimaran Agir now located in New Zealand has broken it's main hull while racing. It appears to be a clean break just aft of the front beam mount. The positive is the boat was retrieved safely and is now sitting on the hardstand awaiting repair work/assesment. Photo's courtesy of Matty on the crew.org.nz forums.

Nice rum Race last week, and with new boats turning up its a great Friday afternoon fleet.

Was our first race on AGIR, in really nice conditions. 1640 starts so we usually see good fleets , especially now the weathers looking like it settled. Apparently this year will be a normal summer, whatever that means.
